How to Navigate the Website and your Account

Making an appointment or managing your plans

I have received numerous texts on how to use the new features on the website, so I am sending this to give a better break down and understanding of how.

You don't have to set up an account however, it will give you all of your appointments, cancellations and how many appointments you have remaining.

 

  1. There is a new "Login" option at the top of the website. It will send you a verifying code that you have to put in to start it.

     

  2. Once you hare in there, you can navigate and make appointments.

     

  3. To make an appointment, once you choose which service to book, there will be a box with a pencil to click, that is where the option of Lydia or myself is located.

     

  4. IF YOU HAVE A PLAN OR SUBSCRIPTION, it will make you put your card information in however, the balance should read zero due at checkout.

     

    If these steps aren't working correctly, please let me know. The FSA/HSA is still not working correctly so in the meantime, you can send your receipt in and possibly get reimbursement.
